Lukasz started as freelance designer and programmer. In 2004 together with Mariusz Zglinicki he founded a digital boutique Cookie. The very same year his work got recognized by major international competitions (i.e. SXSW) and featured in magazines throughout the world. Lukasz is also former chessplayer with his biggest accolade being 5th in the world youth championships. His passion for UX, coding and analytics was foundation of UIB.

Mariusz has over twelve years of experience in leading digtal projects for Poland's largest brands. He's been a co-founder of award winning digital studio Cookie, co-manager of research grant on distributed computing, and finally a founder of the first of a kind startup, that brings user analycis to non-analytics people. He believes his greatest achievement so far was building a team that lasts through good and bad times. Hobby: trees.
