    Oliver began his career in ’92 on Wall Street, where he spent five years working in corporate finance. He excelled in this challenging, fast-paced environment and was promoted to Vice President in ’97 at age 26. Subsequently Oliver co-founded and ran Sharps, a successful men’s grooming brand in New York (Sharps was sold to a UK-based investor group in ’07). Outside of work, Oliver enjoys reading, writing, photography and getting outdoors.

    Prior to founding Ursa Major, Emily spent eight years in the ‘beauty industry’ in New York, leading successful sales teams at Bumble and Bumble ($80 million in revenue), Jurlique ($100 million) and Ouidad ($20 million). Previously, she worked for five years as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Glaxo-Smithkline, where she was a consistent top-performer in the highly competitive NY and CT markets.
