  • David Kovar
    Founder and CEO

    David founded the practice of UAV forensics in 2015 and is one of the leading practitioners in the country. He worked in digital forensics and cyber security since the mid 90’s and, prior to founding to starting work on URSA, led EY’s U.S. incident response program.

    He has BA from Dartmouth in Computer Science and will receive an MA in International Affairs this summer from Fletcher this summer.

    Senior Architect and Developer

    Webb has over thirty years’ experience as a software engineer, having worked at nearly every level of the software stack from device drivers, to system run-time libraries, to virtual machines, to applications.
