Urinary BioSolutions LLC (UBS) was formed in 2010 to improve healthcare diagnoses and outcomes for the tens millions of US patients with urinary incontinence by using a paradigm-shifting medical device. About 50 million American women experience some form of UI, ranging from mild to severe. Urinary incontinence in women costs the US healthcare system hundreds of billions of dollars and leads to a devastating impact on women’s quality of life.

Has 20 patents issued and 48 pending and over 100 publications.

    Dr. Iglesias is an obstetrics and gynecological physician with 30 years of experience treating SUI in his private practice in Miami, Florida. His passion of helping patients coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset prompted him to develop an effective diagnostic / treatment tool - a GPS for the human body - to diagnose and permanently solve SUI thereby improving the quality of life for his patients.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Mills has 25 years of experience in serial entrepreneurial ventures. His experience with private equity and marketing provides the neccesary expertise to raise needed capital and create strategic alliances for UBS to aggressively pursue product and commercial development. He has operationally guided UBS to its current stage by building a network of potential users and suppliers who work in concert to help launch the UPD.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Ms. Lorie is 20 years of experience in marketing and business administration for various private ventures including one of the biggest bilingual publications in Latin America including several bilingual medical publications. Her experience in print media will be critical in building the grassroots awareness campaign among UI sufferers as well as the medical service providers.
