Former officer and aviator in the United States Air Force. A veteran of four combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, Dicks has extensive experience in operations, fleet management and command roles. Holds a BBA in Finance from UT Austin, an MBA from Auburn, and an MA in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University.

Most recently, he worked in Big Data for government customers as a Program Manager at Novetta Solutions where he led a team of twelve engineers and other workers to leverage information using Hadoop, Hbase, Solr, Lucene, Java, Python, Groovy and many other languages and platforms to solve difficult problems. Holds a BS in Basic Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy.

A veteran executive, Charles Dicks has built and managed Sales and Client Services (Relationship Management, Communications, and Customer Support) teams in the U.S. and Canada for a Financial Services Technology start-up, eventually creating and servicing a client base of 100+ U.S. Broker/Dealers and 4 of the top 6 Canadian banks. He holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of North Texas.
