Company Summary

Urban Meats will be a butcher shop with a global variety of meats poultry seafood cheeses wine and beer. The Deli will offer freshly made jerky sausages and smoke meats. . We are a diverse community looking for different cuts and types of meat poultry and seafood there is no one serving this diversity in one place we will be a one stop butcher for home cooks gourmet chefs or backyard Bar-B-Q'er.

    Founder/CEO

    Larry experience is in retail food services managing and owning restaurant in the Los Angeles area since 1983. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Henderson owned and operated two Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken in El Paso TX. where he gained invaluable experience in site locations, establishing relationships with wholesalers and suppliers, designing store spaces , build-outs, developing menus, and building market share.

  • Chris McCord
    General Manager

    Chris has more than 30 years of experience in the retail meat industry. The last 23 years as owner of a butcher shop in Los Angeles where he has developed his turkey and chicken sausage along with different cuts of meat. Over the years he has shown communication and interpersonal skills, communicating with people at all levels. He has built a strong customer base with good marketing and customer service.

    Chief Information Officer

    Joseph has over 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Management being a project manager, product/process implementer, technology and strategic planner and possessor. His primary expertise is in the areas of Messaging Architecture, Implementation, and Operations this includes Business Continuity, Infrastructure setup and design. He has deliver large-scale, mission-critical projects on time and under budget for several Fortune 500 companies.

    Director

    Maxwell served as President of Community Development Corporation of Kansas City for over 20 years, with a budget of 10 million dollars and 3000 employees he was responsible for overall operations of the organization. Duties included: planning, organizing and directing business activities, coordinating the principal business functions and directing feasibility studies and negotiations relating to the growth and expansion. .

    Operation Manager

    Tyrone has 43 years in the meat industry 33 in management with Ralph’s Markets. He has shown excellent customer service and people management skills. He has been responsible for managing inventory, scheduling, shrinkage, pricing, merchandising, labor cost, and ordering. He prepares cutting lists, and work plans according to company standards. He also ensures the proper training and supervision of employees while maximizing sales and profit.
