As a company, we will do our best to keep our footprint small and only support those who maintain sustainable practices. You will never find mass produced products in our shops.

    Aaron has been in the restaurant industry for 22 years. For the past five years, Aaron has served as General Manager for Farmhouse Tavern in both Evanston and Chicago and Art Smith's Table Fifty-Two. Both of these restaurants and several of the restaurants Aaron worked for in Charleston, SC have been strong leaders in the local food movement.
