Upsy Daisy began as a small cafe in a local mall only offering lactose friendly ice cream based items to an under served market (some 65% of the population) of the lactose intolerant with overwhelming demand. Most alternatives to cow's milk ice cream are tolerable at best and there's more to removing the problem than just chemically removing lactose. We use fresh and natural ingredients and real alternative milks and creams for our 42+ flavors.
