    Scott joined Upstart after nearly two decades in the private equity, VC and investment banking sectors. He was previously a co-founder of Blue Horizon Equity and FTV Capital, focusing on businesses that sought to revolutionize the financial service industry. He received his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Harvard.
