For patients, UpLyft provides autonomy with its self-transfer system. For healthcare workers, UpLyft reduces back injuries due to patient lifting, costing the US healthcare industry $20B annually.

  • President & Board Member

    Mr. Misrach was previously the 8+ year Founder & CEO of Freedom Meditech - a diabetes medical device company he led from concept to FDA clearance and wide-scale global distribution and sales. The company completed a cross-border M&A sale in 2017. Mr. Misrach was previously the Controller of Silvergate Capital (NASDAQ: SI) and started his career at Deloitte. Craig has an MBA from University of Virginia and maintains a CPA license in California.

    Anton is a triple-degree engineer (BS, MS, PhD) from MIT with a Wharton MBA who has 35 years of experience working as an aerospace engineer at General Dynamics, McDonnel Douglas and L3 Communications. He is a successful inventor with multiple diverse patents and has founded several successful commercial product companies. His entire professional career has been focused on the invention, engineering, and management of advanced technology programs.

    Todd has worked for 25 years in new product design and manufacturing. He was the production design engineer for Diversified Vending Corp. and chief engineer for Multi-Max Corp, where he led engineering and production activities. He is a successful inventor with patents on electro-mechanical equipment. Todd will manage engineering and manufacturing, production engineering and production subcontracts. Todd has a BS in Mech Engineering from MIT.

    Bria has worked in marketing and partnerships for Formula 1, one of the largest sporting events in the world. She also has experience running her own marketing consulting business. Bria holds a BCom and an MBA from the University of San Diego.

    Rajit is a former McKinsey Managing Partner, where he led the SoCal practice, and brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. He can be credited with co-founding numerous successful businesses in the healthcare space. He holds an MBA from Kellogg and an MPA/ID from Harvard University.

    Vicki has 30+ years of experience in the medical device industry. Vicki guides medical device companies in developing & implementing roadmaps for demonstrating device value, safety and effectiveness by leading innovative approaches including RWE initiatives and pilot/pivotal studies across the globe to optimize market access.

    VP Regulatory Affairs

    Dr. Cahn has over 40 years of experience in biomedical engineering and the development, regulatory approval, and reimbursement of Class I, II, and III medical devices. He has been inventor and coinventor on seven US Patents, and author of 19 peer-reviewed publications. He holds a BA in Physics and Biology from UC Berkeley and a PhD in Biophysics from MIT.

    Scott has spent his 30+ year career life in the healthcare industry, working 18+ years as a Registered Nurse in intensive care units and operating rooms, where he attained national certification. Scott has achieved high success rates in identifying & navigating high-level institutional sales opportunities, as well as managing multi-year regional & national contracts of capital equipment, implantable medical devices and surgical instrumentation.

    Consumer Sales Advisor

    Mark successfully owned and operated a vending company for 12 years and has over 18 years of industry experience. As an industry veteran, Mark enjoys building relationships with customers and business partners. He believes trust is the foundation that leads to long-term success. Mark studied Business Administration at PLNU during which he started the North County Soccer Park. He owned and operated it successfully for 17 years.
