Sankar started in the frontlines of advertising agencies and moved into executives positions where he felt the disconnect first had. Moving into a sales and biz dev role to help the startup he invested in, he saw the exact same problems arise from a disconnect frontline and management team.

William has 20 years of experience in designing, building and maintaining highly complex, mission-critical Internet applications. He has led on and offshore designers, devs and testers. He has founded several companies, one of which was sold in 2000 for $7.5 million.
