    Founder & CEO JEffrey Eiland has an extensive start-up background despite is young age. Prior to founding UnPlanned Events he acted as CFO at Seller’s Marketing, a start-up marketing & promoting firm, & was brought on as an intern & eventually hired as the Sponsorship Coordinator only to be later promoted to a Director of Marketing position for The Confluence Group, a small start-up acting as brand management for clients.

    Founder & COO Nicholas Burton has spent the last three years submersed in the entertainment production world, fulfilling a multitude of roles on various projects. Prior to co-founding UnPlanned Events, Burton acted as a Production Assistant, ensuring quality control on all levels of production for K.E. Remington, Inc. an independent production designer based out of Baltimore, MD.

    The perfect candidate will be overly organized & detail-oriented. This future CFO must have a proven their abilities to maintain a flawless business budget while allotting sufficient funds for all company projects & endeavors. The ideal candidate will have experience in start-ups or is otherwise comfortable working with tight budgets. UP will regularly have multiple projects in production, so it is necessary for strict budgets to be maintained.

Strong organization & communication skills must come naturally & an inherent ability to stay motivated & work diligently should show promptly.
