Mike is a highly skilled technology professional with experience as a software engineer and development team lead, in charge of delivering enterprise scale distributed business applications across a wide range of industries and clients. He has worked in roles including Development Team Lead, Technical Solutions Architect and Senior Software Engineer for Deloitte.

Andrew is an internationally recognised expert in Big Data, with hands-on expertise in architecting and developing high-performance, secure, real-time predictive electronic trading, reasoning engines as well as analytics systems. He founded Big Data Decisions and has over 20 years in IT experience holding numerous Global Head roles for Deutsche Bank (UK), Fortune 100 advisory roles, as well VP Product Management roles.
