UASO, Inc. strives to motivate, inspirate and educate today’s youth to pursue gainful careers in fields including but not limited to math, science, aviation, aeronautics, aerospace, and engineering by providing hands-on and online training, research, and development projects that will give our participants, of all ages, real-world applicable knowledge and experience using non-traditional learning methods.

Kayamone A SuttonPresident/CEOKayamone was born on September 5th, 1986 and is a native of Flint, Michigan. He is a strong community and political activist.
Kayamone spends much of his time advocating for positive and progressive change within the City of Flint and has taken a stand in the community on key issues such as youth education, and public safety.
Kayamone is a Navy Veteran, serving on the USS San Jacinto, based in Norfolk, VA as an Ops Specialist from 2006-2009

Matthew NowaczewskiVice PresidentMatthew was born on January 21st, 1988 and resides in West Chicago, IL. He is currently majoring in Professional Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science. He is also an FAA licensed commercial pilot: ASEL, AMEL, instrument airplane and has flown as an aerial mapping pilot in the past. Matthew also manages his own freelance web development business. Recently, he is working towards a First Officer (co-pilot) position.

Jerin has held a number of upper Human Resource positions for numerous private organizations in the city of Flint. His experience spans multiple industries including urban farming, community development and education, andsocial media.
