I invent, patent, & broker intellectual property to international corporations that increase revenue by creating a niche & accessing previously unentered markets.

I develop measures and key performance indicators to monitor company operations. I work with the CEO to ensure proper policies are in place, such as hiring or termination of employees and comply with laws and regulations. I plan and budget for capital expenditures, such as traveling expenses and manage the operating budget. I will also be providing leadership and direction to staff when the CEO is absent.
