Kai has more than 10 years of consulting experience with BCG, Bain and IBM in the US, China and Australia. Early in his career, he worked for barnesandnoble.com as a new business development manager and for Mainspring (an Internet consulting start-up later acquired by IBM) as an Internet strategist; he started his career as a software programmer at Ernst & Young. Kai holds a Master degree from MIT and a Bachelor degree from Columbia University.

Jessie has 4 years of internet business experience prior to UNIcre8. She launched an online gaming business in China for SEGA Networks (China) as the deputy director of business strategy and developed new products and services for Daum Communications, a leading internet portal in South Korea. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Dongguk University.

Jake was the lead engineer for ThinkTEK, developing mobile apps such as Blogger+, To-Do+ and Chat+, and XMPP solutions for Samsung Data System. Prior to ThinkTEK, he developed Digital Rights Mgmt solutions at MarkAny, and researched search engine topics such as web crawler and web content indexer at CJ Systems. Jake holds a Master degree from Korea University. His research topics included Part-of-Speech Tagging in Natural Language Processing.
