Nikki Vargas is the Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Unearth. She has worked as Places Editor of Atlas Obscura and Travel Editor of Culture Trip. Her bylines have appeared on VICE, FOOD & WINE, HuffPost, and more. In addition, she has been a public speaker on women's travel at the Women's Travel Fest, Women in Travel Summit, NYT Travel Show, and W Hotel 'What She Said' Series.

Elise is the Co-Founder and Publisher of Unearth Women, overseeing the daily operations of the company and the distribution and publishing of the print magazine. Elise comes to us from NPR's Aspen Public Radio where she was responsible for the acquisition of over one million dollars in individual contributions, donor relations and membership maintenance, marketing, and event planning.

Kelly Lewis is the Co-Founder and Executive Editor of Unearth Women. An entrepreneur in the travel space, Kelly oversees the female tour company, Damesly, along with the annual Women's Travel Fest, a 3-day conference that brings together women in the industry. Kelly has been featured in Forbes for her work with Damesly and is celebrated in the industry for championing female travel.

Ainhi Pham will be leading cross-platform partnership programs for new and existing partner brands as head of New Business & Strategic Partnership Development at Unearth Women. Born in a refugee camp in Thailand, and raised in Philadelphia, Ainhi has a passion for human rights, food, travel, and punny Mead. If you meet her IRL, be sure to bring her cake!

Bridget Crosby is the Sales Executive of Unearth Women and assists Ainhi on forming new partnership programs with new and existing partner brands. When she’s not helping form collaborations with Unearth Women, Bridget also works in Destination Marketing for Aspen Chamber Resort Association and is responsible for all strategies promoting Aspen, Colorado as a year-round destination.
