He graduated in 1995 from the Technical Institute of Monza. In 1996 he co-founded a company for the production and sale of integrated software and industrial automation. Since 2004 he is CEO of Noselab Equipment Srl, established following the acquisition of Noselab Ltd. In 2009 he managed the operation of acquisition of the manufacturing division of AtsFaar Srl, a leading manufacturer in analysis of plastics market. He co-founded UP in 2011.

Andrea Pirisi graduated in electrical engineering in 2005 from Politecnico di Milano, where in 2010 he received a Ph.D. cum laude in electrical engineering.
As co-founder, he became CEO and Chief Engineer with Underground Power srl in 2011 by contributing in many divisions of the company from technical office to marketing and funding.
He is co-author of numerous scientific papers, he holds three patents pending on alternative energy generation

He graduated in 2007 in Literature and Philosophy at the Sacro Cuore University of Brescia and in 2012. He earned a MD in Project Management at the Business School IL SOLE 24ORE. He graduated in Administration, Corporate Finance & Control at Bocconi University in Milan in 2009 and he started working for KPMG auditing clients such as ENEL (the 2nd largest electric utility in EU), Nestlè and Ricoh. Since 2011 he moved in the Corporate Finance Division where he worked as Associate with a rich exposure to M&A, company valuations, financial modelling, business planning and credit analysis.
