Private equity has traditionally been a very exclusive asset class, with a vast majority of funding coming from institutional investors and ultra-wealthy individual investors. For the bottom 70% of Accredited Investors, a $500,000 check is simply too much to invest in a single fund. We allow investors to invest in high-performing private equity funds alongside of institutional and family office capital at a fraction of the traditional buy-in.
