    Joe Bavonese, PhD is a Licensed Psychologist in Michigan. Joe is the Founder and Director of the Relationship Institute, with three offices and 23 psychotherapists in southeastern Michigan. He is also the co-founder and co-director of Uncommon Practices, which trains service professionals in effective business strategies. Joe has created six online webinars and presented at numerous national conferences on the topic of Internet Marketing.

    Director of Client Services

    Melhim Restum, PhD is a Licensed Psychologist in Michigan. Mel is the developer of the ADDAPT Program for treating Attention Deficit Disorders, and runs a successful group practice with two locations in southeastern Michigan. Mel is also the co-founder and co-director of Uncommon Practices, which trains healthcare providers in effective business and marketing strategies.
