Company Summary

Uma serves delicious, fresh, hand-rolled sushi including temaki, burritos and bowls; a healthy alternative to fast food. Our sushi is responsibly sourced, with 80% fully traceable to the boats, is made to order and ready for immediate consumption. Our Millennial customers eat out 3.4x a week, are looking for healthier and exotic options, and eat more sushi; yet, there is no prevalent fast, fresh sushi concept. Uma Temakeria fills that void.
