Peter Cox has more than 30 years of IT industry experience, and has worked exclusively in the area of internet security since 1994.
Peter was a co-founder of Borderware Technologies, where he helped develop and bring to market one of the first commercially successful firewall products. This achievement gave him the domain knowledge needed to conceive UM Labs' products.
Peter is also a member of the The Internet Telephony Services Providers

Ray has a background of 30 years in technology. He has run a number of companies from inception and managed pan European operations.
Ray was a founding Director and shareholder of iPass Inc now a NASDAQ quoted company and also a co-founder of Borderware Technologies.

Bob was previously Director of International Product Development at Microsoft Corporation and founder of Microsoft’s entry into mobile/mobile exchange/mobile devices using SIP.
Bob created the strategy for Live Communication server in 2004 and  launched the first mass market mobile solution for what is now called Microsoft Lync. Bob’s experience will enable UM Labs to address the growing Unified Communication market.

Paul Hancock has over 15 years of industry sales experience covering multiple access technologies. Paul has held Senior and Vice President Sales roles in both start-up and large organisations, he has also gained years of experience in growing business in EMEA with Global Network Suppliers and Enterprises alike, running large accounts such as Vodafone, Telefonica and Orange.
