He has a BS and MS in Civil Eng'g and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Rice University and a Phd from the University of Louisville

Thomas RousselCTO
Mr. Roussel is a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Eng'g at the University of Louisville. He possesses MEng and BS degrees in electrical engin'g. He is experienced in the design of MEMS/BioMEMS devices and an expert in the design of electronic controller systems MEMS devices. He provides considerable manufacturing and engineering insight to the prototype design team.

Ms. Hettinger has both engineering and business experience with large and startup companies. She co-founded a business in Louisville, KY, and worked at Cummins, Inc where she was involved in quality control, marketing, business development, and product development. She has a mechanical engineering degree from University of Dayton and a MBA from Harvard University.

Robert KeyntonChief Technical Advisor
Dr. Robert Keynton Chairman of the Dept. of Bioengineering at the University of Louisville where he is a University Scholar. He has a PhD in Biomedical Eng'g from the Universit of Akron. He has led research teams in the application of MEMS-based devices for use in explosives detection enhancement for the Dept of Homeland Security and the National Institute for Hometown Security.
