Rajesh is an intrapreneur, entrepreneur and growth architect. After a stint at Microsoft as a program manager, Rajesh joined Bain & Co where he specialized in business incubation and growth strategy. For the past decade, Rajesh has worked in the impact sector, including as co-creator of UNICEF Kid Power, the world's first Wearable-for-Good. Rajesh has a BSc and MEng in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT.

Art Shectman is a serial entrepreneur and technologist. Having spent his career building new technologies and services, Art has extensive software engineering and systems integration experience with clients ranging from Fortune100 companies to venture-backed start-ups. He is the founder of Elephant Ventures, a full service digital agency focused on cutting edge software development. Art has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

Brian is a seasoned team builder and manager, and leads operations at ULTRA. He has over 20 years of quality engineering and management experience and has successfully scaled up geographically distributed teams in the technology and financial services industries. Prior to ULTRA, he held senior management positions in QA at Sparta Systems, Fidelity National Information Services, Morgan Stanley and United Online.

Melanie is a veteran quality engineer and leads quality services and client engagements at ULTRA. She has over 25 years of quality engineering and professional services experience and has led world-class QA teams in the product development and marketing services industries. Prior to ULTRA, she spent over a decade building the QA organization at Razorfish from the ground up, and has held senior QA positions at Microsoft, NCR and Oracle.
