UI-licious is a Software-as-a-Service with a freemium model. It's targeted at developers. Anyone can go to uilicious.com and write a simple script to test their website on a browser. We have 1000+ users using the free edition every month. Upgrading to the paid edition allows users to manage test in private projects, test on more browsers, run more tests in parallel, and schedule tests and setup error alerts. We have 34 customers and US$4500 MRR.
