With over thirty years in television production and broadcasting, digital film and music entertainment, Mr. Adams has shot, produced and directed a combination of over threethousand projects for NBCUniversal, Sony Music Entertainment, Fuji TV Japan, NHK Broadcasting Japan, ARD German Television and an extensive array of entertainment production companies including his own.

Lino Solis is an in-house counsel at Thor Equities, LLC. He is responsible for most general corporate legal matters impacting the company, including all real estate leasing transactions. Lino also served as General Counsel and Director of Real Estate Leasing with Urban Brands, Inc. During his tenure with Urban Brands, Mr. Solis was responsible for negotiating and assisting with the expansion of the Ashley Stewart and Marianne Girls trade names
