The Company, in accordance with its driving strategies and core business focus, will be involved in various types of equity and debt investments having an average maturity greater than 36 months in most cases. The Company will bemostly involved in purchasing majority equity ownership interests, as well as senior secured loans and equity convertible instruments, newly issued preferred and common stock of its acquisition targets.
