and the major attraction to management companies is that this is
effectively, cost free, whilst bringing a series of property management
benefits.
Ownership Structure
A holding company, U-Condu, which owns two subsidiary companies: U-Condu (UK) Registered Number 9829645 and U-Condu (I) Registered Number 2083514 Milan Chamber of Commerce.
The offer is for a 15% stake in the holding company for an overall investment of £500k/€750. We currently have some investor traction; three investors are willing to invest €10K each on this project. They are only waiting for our approval.
The initial investment would be for £60k/€90k and would be SEIS qualifying.
The subsequent investment of £340k/€500 would convert the status to EIS qualifying.
