UCF will service investments with 50% return on investment for clients, waiting periods for return on investment will be 6 ,12,18, 24, 30 months and R100 min and R10 000 max investment for individuals on the monthly bases. The turn over will be R10 mil in a year with operational expenditure not more than R3 mil in a year, profit R7 mil in a year and with a 5 year projection, 50% growth rate every year. Capital required is R500 000 to start.
