Andre has 14 years of experience in the investment and financing activities with 4 years of specialising in SME management. Before serving as the CEO, he served as project manager at Nelja Energia and at Eesti Energia.

Dmitri has authored more than 250 published papers on power converter design and development that have culminated in UBIK looking to commercialise OPTIVERTER® Technology. He also holds numerous patents and utility models in the power conversion and electronics field highlighting his potential and knowhow to innovate in the field.

Aivar has previously held positions in Elektrilevi, ABB and Astlanda Ehitus in communications, automation and IT roles. He oversees the development and testing of the wireless communication software linked to the OPTIVERTER®.

Gerardo has previous experience in project management having worked in HQSE Department of COSERMO where he managed several projects for multinational corporations such as DuPont, Airbus and ArcelorMittal. He also has managerial experience serving in several board positions of the European Student’s Forum (AEGEE).

Tanel combined the physical components of the OPTIVERTER® Technology. He is also responsible for the development of power electronic circuits. He is also a senior researcher in the department of Electrical Power Engineering and Mechatronics in TTU, having co-authored more than 60 scientific papers on power electronics alongside holding several patents and utility models.

In conjunction to working in UBIK Solutions, Roman is currently completing his Ph.D in TTU. He works on the R&D of switch mode converters for distributed power generation systems. He has co-authored more than 20+ scientific articles and currently owns 3 unique utility models in the field of power electronics.
