Daniel Fickle currently serves as Founder and CEO of Two Penguins Productions. Before founding the Company in 2007, he taught acting and camera classes at the New York Film Academy, while also working as a freelance editor, cinematographer, and music composer in New York City. Throughout the course of his work with Two Penguins Productions, Mr. Fickle has become an award-winning film director.

Courtney Eck serves as Two Penguins Productions’ Director of Business Development, and has helped build the Company from 3 to 7 employees in two years while increasing profits by 129%. Ms. Eck has also played an integral role in attracting new clients to Two Penguins Productions, including Wieden + Kennedy, Nike, and Gilt Groupe. Ms. Eck has 15 years of experience in successful business operations.

Tonia Mock joined Two Penguins Productions in May 2010, and as Accounting Manager has been essential in the growth of the Company by streamlining costs and processes to increase income, and has also set up and run Two Penguins Productions’ Human Resources department, helping to accommodate the Company’s growth to 7 employees. Ms. Mock has held various accounting positions for private businesses, non-profits, and governmental organizations.

James Strayer currently manages and produces all of Two Penguins Productions’ in the Company’s Portland, New York, and Los Angeles offices. Mr. Strayer served as a personal assistant for Gus Van Sant, and also worked with Mr. Van Sant as a coordinator, director, and producer, providing work on the award-winning feature documentary The Adults in the Room.
