Twelves Grill & Cafe is owned by my husband, Tim Smith, and myself. Tim is the Executive Chef and I am the General Manager. We have a 74 seat BYOB. We have been open nearly 6 years, but are now facing a financial crisis. We have just recently opened on Sundays, and will begin to open Mondays after Labor Day. We realized the need too late for the continuous cash flow opening 7 days would provide.
