Mr. Heintz is Turning Point’s founder and visionary leader of The Company’s operational development. As Turning Point’s President, Mr. Heintz is responsible for managing and executing the Turning Point’s operations plan. Through his personal relationships and experience with the substance abuse treatment industry, he understands the unique intricacies of opening a facility, maintaining capacity utilization, and generating reimbursements.

Mrs. Evans was an integral leader in the 2008 opening and subsequent growth of a successful treatment program. She implemented and managed the organization’s business licensing, facility acquisitions, customer service protocols, and other operations. Mrs. Evans is applying her invaluable hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and evolving Turning Point’s administrative and operational functions.

Turning Point is in constant contact with a variety of prospective Clinical Directors who have expressed a strong desire to work for the company upon capitalization. These experienced Clinical Directors possess the clear capabilities to attract and manage a clinical team and implement a treatment program in accordance to Turning Point’s commitment to quality and results.

The Company’s management team features a professional recovery consultant who is currently contracted and personally placing over 12 patients per month with a south Florida treatment center. This Director possesses the experience, capabilities, and relationships necessary to successfully execute Turning Point’s marketing strategy, grow demand, and fill beds with qualified patients.

Turning Point has identified a highly qualified and experienced Utilization Review Director who has committed to join Turning Point upon the company’s capitalization.

Mr. Heintz has extensive experience in starting, growing, managing and selling multiple companies over 40 years. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of CarBiz Inc., a $60MM public company in the Buy Here, Pay Here auto business. Mr. Heintz provides not only the financial acumen but the operational and staff management experience needed at all phases of Turning Point’s progress.
