Turbo Trac developed and is commercializing a mechanical variable speed drive (M-VSD) for the oil and gas industry. Applied to pumps, compressors and blowers, the M-VSD reduces operating costs up to 25% while improving production as much as 30% resulting substantially greater profitability and ROI. Selling to oil and gas producers, the initial application is to oil well rod pumping units, a $12 billion market.
