There are alot of houses in fort worth in certain areas since this real estate collapse that are cheap, forclosed on are abandoned,i will buy fix up and sale at least 10%-20% under market value.these houses make the neigborhood look bad and bring down property values. by buying these houses it helps the neighborhood, creates jobs,provides housing to people who need it. i know i have been there.
