Lori possesses passion for sustainable international development born from hands-on experience in electrical construction, electronics and computer support coupled with “boots on the ground” service work in Asia, Africa and Middle East. As a sole propreitor, TSC served both public and private sector clients. Lori’s skill in solar energy development includes land assessment; civil, and electrical scopes; permitting; and interconnection.

Choo Lye Heng has over 30 years experience in banking and corporate finance, and has been extensively involved in fund-raising transactions (tapping the equity and debt capital markets) and in mergers and acquisitions. His experience in Asia includes ING Group and Banque Indosuez. Lye Heng was Managing Director of Indosuez' Investment Banking unit in Singapore up to 1996. Since 1997, served AFG Venture as Consultant, Board member and Director.

Mr. Held has spent more than 20 years in the Independent Power Producer owner-developer environment. His work is a complimentary balance of project siting and development; project planning and construction; and facility operations management. He managed project engineering and construction management for both thermal solar and PV solar projects. Mr. Held is a graduate of the U.S. NAVY’s nuclear power program.
