True Respite Brewing Company, LLC, will be a production brewery and destination tap room catering to craft beer lovers, locavores, and the happy hour crowd. The highest quality craft beer will be brewed in a brewhouse beautifully showcased from the destination tap room. The beer will be served in pints and 4 oz tasters directly over the bar in the open-seating tap room. The tap room will also offer beer packaged and sealed for off-premise consumption in 6-packs, growlers, and bombers.

The beer will be packaged in kegs, 6-packs, and growlers for distribution to third party retailers in the local and regional areas. This will include packaged retailers, like beer shops, and draft retailers, like bars and restaurants.

The brewery will be managed by its two Co-Founders, Brendan and Bailey O'Leary. Brendan will manage sales, marketing, and distribution operations and staff. Bailey will manage Tap Room operations and staff. Brewing and Procurement operations and staff will be managed by the Brewmaster.

Investors have the opportunity to purchase preferred equity.
