    Christopher Cranke
    Founder & Inventor

Multiple sport athlete at Duvall High School. Varsity football player at Hofstra University. After an injury ended his football career, Chris became an avid basketball player. While playing basketball, Chris began to conceive of a way to get a more efficient workout on the basketball court in less time. To do so would require a wearable system that did not inhibit any movements on the court. The result was the True Form Training System.
