Prior to Regent Bank, Kristen was the Acting and Deputy State Banking Commissioner for the state of Delaware. Kristen received her MBA from the University of Delaware, her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh and her Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University.

Prior to TruColor, Dobrin was at Fin Analytica, Inc. for 9 years. He was the Director of Global Client Services. He led a team that modeled and implemented complex portfolio and risk management solutions for clients using non-Gaussian software tools. He was also responsible for product developments in these software tools. Dobrin has a Master of Science in Finance and a BS in Economics from Sofia University, Bulgaria.

Cynthia was a business Systems Anayst at Sun Life Financial where she earned a Business Systems Analyst Certificate(BSAC). Prior to Sunlife, Cynthia was at Parners HealthCare as a Senior Financial Analyst. Cynthia started her analytical track as an Actuarial Analyst at Manulife Financial in 2002. Cynthia graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BS in Exercise Science and Mathematics.
