Ms. Placet has over 25 years' experience in a variety of areas of finance, having joined Trophos as CFO in 2004. She has also been a CFO in a number of growing companies and start-ups and a variety of industries, and worked as an auditor for 8 years for Ernst & Young.

Ms. Pruss has over 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry directing research and development including 16 years with major pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Trophos in 2002, she was the head of exploratory research at Sanofi-Synthelabo, now Sanofi and president and chief executive officer at Synthélabo Biomoléculaire. She has directed discovery research involving target and cell-based screening strategies.

Dr. Berna has over 20 years of experience in research and development. A biochemist by training, he managed NCEs and NBEs pharmaceutical projects from discovery to clinic phase III in various therapeutic areas at Pfizer Fresnes, France; Boehringer-Ingelheim, Biberach an der Riss, Germany and Parke-Davis/Warner-Lambert Fresnes, France. Mr. Berna has filed 6 patent applications and authored or co-authored 23 selected peer-reviewed publications.

Mr. Longlade has over 20 years' experience directing international clinical trials. He spent 4 years as clinical research director and director pharmacovigilance at NicOx, and previously held positions from project manager to director of clinical affairs EMEA at Abbott Vascular Devices, Cordis EHQ, Hesperion Ltd, Physior, and Boehringer Mannheim. Mr. Longlade has co-authored 6 peer reviewed publications.

Ms. Clementine has 32 years experience in different financial roles. She joined the Trophos finance department in 2006, before becoming CFO in 2012. Previously, she was Deputy Chief Accountant for Groupe Flo (turnover EUR 300 million, 85 accountants). She also worked for Pizza Hut in France (turnover EUR 115 million), where she was Financial Controller.
