Mike is a seasoned sales professional with over 10 years experience of successfully creating, developing, and growing long-term customer relationships. As the Director of Sales for a $50+ million service corporation, Mike is involved in numerous aspects of business including team management, hiring, marketing, budget reviews and new program development.

Jim is a licensed attorney whose transactional practice focuses on business/corporate matters includes contract drafting and review, real estate management, local government regulation and compliance. Prior to practicing law, he worked in finance, accounting, and marketing for a Fortune 500 company where his responsibilities included Strategic Corporate Development and managing an annual Capital Investment portfolio of $200 million.
