and Johnson. He has served in various capacities both in the U.S. and in Europe, the Middle
East, and Africa as Manager, Director, and Chief Operating Officer. He is a patent owner and
his education includes an MBA from the University of the Sciences in Philadelp

William Campbell brings 30+ years of technological foundation in the electronics industry with particular senior management expertise in Production, Research and Development. Mr. Campbell has developed products for Hughes Aircraft, RCA, BAE Systems
developing state-of-the-art technology for the purpose of denying communications to protect
the armed forces. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Pepperdine
University.

Eyal Adi brings 15 years experience in Project Management and Manufacturing. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Manufacturing
Engineering both from NYU Polytechnic Institute specializing in Project Management. He has
experience in mass production and all related matters. He also brings substantial experience in supply chain logistics, and sound experience in negotiation skills with consumers and vendors.
