Irina Tcharnaia is responsible for overseeing the creative, visual, and usability aspects of product design, such as 3D garment model creation, website layout and usability, customization and self-moderation aspects of the forums, company branding, and mobile application layout. She holds a Masters in Material Science of Semiconductors from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys and her background is in electronic technology engineering.

Leonid Tcharnyi is involved in the total management of the company. Prior to Quakeup, Leonid and Irina founded and operated a highly popular social networking website from 1999 to 2007, which they sold for 5x Revenues and 10x Net Income. Leonid holds a Ph.D. in Semiconductors and Crystallography from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys.

Jenny Tcharnaia is responsible for business development, capital fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning. Prior to triMirror, Jenny held the position of M&A Analyst at Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc., for which she received the GTA EYO TAS Recognition Award for exceptional client service. Jenny holds an iBBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.
