His diverse experience and management skills have brought him to the verge of modernizing the target shooting industry.

    Director of Sales & Marketing

    Monica Sipp has a 35 year career in the defense industry. Over that time, she has worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Amtech Less than Lethal Systems, Patriot Ordnance Factory (POF), and LMT Defense. She originally started her career as a sales person for Springfield Armory. She brings an abundance of industry knowledge and contacts to our company.
