    This hunt started after I spent $1,600 to put a fix and flip on FSBO with over 5,000 hits and not a single offer. I came to realize that most online footprints are too big and non effective for businesses in rural counties. I just finished a successful and profitable Phase 1 in Teller County which is our first community bulletin board to be launched.
