Elina used to work at Digital Chocolate for five years. She held different managerial positions where she led platform porting teams and internal tools development. She has M.Sc. in Computer Science.
She founded Tribe Studios in 2010 with five other game industry veterans. Elina is in the Advisory Board of IGDA Finland.

Ville-Kalle was previously working as the Lead Programmer in Bugbear Entertainment, the company behind the Flatout game series. Ville-Kalle excels in leading creative work. As one of the Tribe's founders he takes care of the internal processes and the product vision but also takes part in programming.

Timo was previously the Technical Director at Bugbear Entertainment. He has 9 years of game industry experience. Timo is an extremely talented programmer who can grasp the whole as well as the details what goes into creating a solid technology base.

Heikki was previously working as Senior Technical Artist at Bugbear Entertainment. He has 10 years of industry experience and a rare talent to combine art and technology to work together.
