Treehouse is Washington’s leading nonprofit addressing the essential education and enrichment needs of 6,000 foster kids each year through programs that help them succeed in school, fulfill key material needs, and provide the important childhood experiences every child deserves. In 2012 Treehouse set an ambitious goal for foster youth in King County to graduate high school at the same rate as their peers with a plan for their future by 2017.

Dawn has been a senior member of the leadership team at Treehouse for four years and has 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and fund development, most recently at the Seattle Reparatory Theatre. She is a former foster parent.
