Holding dual Australian and British citizenship, for the past 15 years Randall has worked with a number of technology driven start up and early stage businesses in the UK, Asia and the USA at a senior strategic level. Immediately prior to forming TRC, Randall was CEO of a mobile sector centered remittance business in the UK. Before moving to the UK in 1999, Randall spent over ten years in private law practice at partner level.

Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and holding a degree in Finance and Accountancy, Ian entered commerce and held Finance Director roles with a number of companies in FMCG and in the financial services sector. He has extensive operational experience at Finance Director level in large international businesses, including in M&A, particularly in SE Asia.

Frank was with Viacom for eighteen years, including eleven as
President/CEO of MTV Networks Asia Pacific. He brings to the board exceptional experience in consumer sales and marketing, and the media. Frank has extensive experience and contacts throughout the Asian sub-­continent.

A very experienced financial services executive, most recently Paul was Regional General Manager, Europe & CIS for Western Union. Other senior roles at Western Union include Managing Director Retail, Europe and Regional Vice President, Oceania.
Prior to Western Union Paul was General Manager, Product, Cards and Marketing for AMP Bank.
