    The idea for Travocate grew out of Ryan’s doctoral research in airline passenger value and loyalty at Cranfield University. Ryan’s industry experience includes work in the fields of marketing, distribution and information technology for MaxJet Airways, United Airlines and Aloha Airlines. Ryan is currently an Assistant Professor at Utah Valley University, teaching and researching in the field of air transport management.
