    Eli hired, trained and led international teams for Pearson Knowledge Technologies, helping to develop and launch an automated test of Arabic based on speech recognition technology. He served as a consultant in the not-for-profit sector, training local organizations on how to integrate recent refugees in their new lives and insure compliance with United States Refugee Program Guidelines. He has also lectured at NYU and other US universities.
